Best time of the year for #mussel they are fat atm.

Great to see farming from a different environment, these guys are all about sustainability and fishing for the future.

Pretty rough day out there today, I find rough weather as much fun as a turf in my wetsuit, in saying that …the harvest went well and the mussels are fat ATM.

Also learnt to sex them, when you open them the females are pink inside keeps it simple right, males are white inside, if you see the veins they are fat, take that how you will.
